Privacy Policy:
Please be aware that any information you provide at checkout or during conversations are kept completely confidential. Your information is only used on shipping websites (Royal Mail for UK shipping. Royal Mail or UPS for international shipping) and used if I need to get in contact with yourself for any reason related to your order. I do not send spam emails. I cannot control what happens to your information when inputted into third party sites (shipping websites). Your information is only stored on my website database (Wix.com) and is not copied anywhere else. I need to retain this information for admin purposes, but will not store it elsewhere. If you would like your information deleted, please get in touch with me and I will do so.
Delivery Policy:
For the UK (free shipping*):
Artworks are shipped 3-4 working days after full payment has been received, with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 working days (UK). . Large pieces will be shipped rolled in a postal tube; I do not provide mounts for these pieces. For commissions, please allow 1 week after payment has been made for shipping.
Please bear in mind that I am one person who does everything for my small business, and sometimes life gets in the way. If you are requiring the piece of art before a specific date, just get in touch with me. I promise I'm very friendly and will accommodate where I can!
*UK shipping is free up until a package weighs 1kg. After this it is charged according to weight, based on Royal Mail current prices.
For anywhere outside the UK (fees charged at checkout):
International shipping is calculated according to weight and country location. It is based upon Royal Mail current prices. If package goes over 2kg, UPS will be used.
Please be aware since the UK has left the EU (Brexit), there may be different custom taxes that apply to your package. This is out of my hands. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
For international commissions, shipping is usually calculated into the cost of the quote.
Returns Policy:
Under normal circumstances, I do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. However, if anything out of the ordinary was to happen during delivery, please get in touch with me via email to discuss what can be done and if a refund can be processed.
Commission pieces and deposits for them are non-refundable. This is because once a commission has been arrange, I will begin to order supplies needed and plan out the process. PayPal invoices are sent to secure the deposit and to act as a written agreement that you are accepting the terms of the commission.
Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs. Majority of the time, tracking is provided for the artwork so you will be able to check if there are any outstanding payments required. Please remember that Royal Mail (or other shipping companies) likely won’t text you that you owe any payment, more – please check your tracking number before clicking any links and avoid scammers.
