FAQs for Buyers

If you're a fellow artist looking for FAQs, that can be found here!

How can I buy one of your artworks?

All my current available pieces are listed on my website. You can shop the full collection, or by size, or by colour.

Otherwise, you can commission a custom, bespoke piece that is unique to your home! For details on how to arrange a commission, click here!

What is the largest size you can create?

Currently, my studio space restricts me to certain sizes. As an example, I have created commissions that are A1 in size or 60cm by 2m! If you have a particular size you are looking for to either fill an awkward space or large empty space on the wall, just get in touch with your measurements! I will try and accommodate as best as I can!

How much is UK shipping?

Shipping within the UK is free (up to 1kg in package weight, after this postage fees are applied according to weight). Most of the time I am able to apply a tracking number to packages. If so, I will update your invoice with it.

You can view my delivery policy here.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! I have various pieces of my artwork in places like Texas (US), Copenhagen, Dublin, and parts of Canada!

Shipping is calculated according to weight and shipping location. This is automatically applied at check out.

For international commission clients, shipping costs will be calculated during the initial conversation and added to the commission price.

You can view my delivery policy here.

Can you reserve artwork for me?

I get that sometimes you see something you like, but payday hasn’t arrived yet! So I am more than happy to reserve something up until 2 weeks after the agreed date. If after these 2 weeks I have not received any contact from you, the artwork will be made available on my website again.

Do you offer payment plans?

Currently I am not able to offer payment plans.

Do you offer gift vouchers?

Absolutely! You can order an e-gift voucher here which can be used towards any available piece on my website or towards the cost of a commission.

How are your artworks finished?

All my original artworks are sealed with a minimum of 2 layers of protective varnish to prevent smudging and a minimum of 2 layers of UV protection to prevent any damage for harmful UV light rays.

Alcohol inks are sensitive to the light and should ideally be placed out of direct sunlight. They are also a relatively new medium, and while other mediums like acrylic and oils have had hundreds of years’ worth of testing, alcohol inks haven’t matched that timescale yet! I do everything that is advised to preserve my artworks, so with the right care they should last a very long time.

Do you offer frames for your artwork?

I currently work on synthetic paper, which requires a frame in order to keep it protected. However, I do not offer frames myself. This is purely due to shipping costs. I want to keep my art as affordable as possible, and it is usually cheaper for the client to source their own frames!

Most of my artwork that is currently available will include a picture mount. I only offer these up to a certain size. Anything over A3 in size will be posted rolled in a tube.

Do you create your artworks on anything other than synthetic paper?

Over the years, I have dipped in and out of using different surfaces to create my art on. This includes canvas and art panel boards. While I would absolutely love to work on these surfaces more, I currently do not sell any pieces on them.

Do you use resin to finish any of your artwork?

Similar to the surfaces question, over the years I have played around with resin a few times. Resin is a tricky skill to master and takes dedication to perfecting. Currently with my university schedule, I don’t have the time to practice this skill. But one day, I would absolutely love to offer resin finished work.

Do you offer returns?

All sales are final. However, if the worst is to happen during shipping, please get in touch with me as soon as possible to see what can be done to resolve it. You can view my returns policy in more detail here.
